Responsibilities: - Provide analytical support for sales quota attainment, sales compensation, and headcount planning. - Promptly investigate and respond to questions from the sales team regarding commission details and calculations - Prepare, calculate, forecast and analyze monthly and quarterly commissions for Upwork's sales teams - Configure and administer incentive compensation plans and reporting in Anaplan. Onboard new hires into the system. Validate Anaplan-derived payment results during period close - Implement reporting, controls, and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency of administration Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in a finance or analytical related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Modeling, reporting and presentation skills (Excel and G-suite) - Self starter that adapts well to change in a fast paced environment - Ability to think creatively and has high standard of accuracy and precision - Prior experience with Anaplan, Salesforce.com, or Domo - Experience with ICM software - Understanding or experience in a marketplace or escrow environment
