Responsibilities Conduct on-site consultations at residential and commercial properties to understand client needs and prepare accurate maintenance service estimates and contracts. Actively upsell maintenance and additional landscaping services to existing clients, enhancing client satisfaction and retention. Implement strategic outreach efforts to generate new leads and sales opportunities, particularly during off-peak seasons. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service proposals are realistic, within budget, and align with company standards of excellence. Maintain a thorough record of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up commitments in the company's CRM system. Represent J and R Property Services professionally at industry events, trade shows, and within the community to promote our maintenance services and build brand awareness. Qualifications Demonstrated sales experience, ideally within the landscaping, maintenance, or related service industries. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of clients. A motivated self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license required; company vehicles will be provided for business use.
