The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing and bright personality, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong commitment to excellence in every task undertaken. You will be working closely with the owner, on site. Key Responsibilities: Dynamic Support Across Businesses: Seamlessly shift focus between various business operations, understanding the unique needs and priorities of each. This includes handling administrative tasks, client communication, and physical preparation for events or business activities. Effective Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and business partners, managing communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions with a consistently professional and engaging demeanor. This includes crafting proposals, creating detailed invoices, and ensuring clear, positive interactions at every touchpoint. Initiative and Learning: Display a proactive approach to not just fulfilling assigned tasks but also in identifying areas for improvement and learning. Show a high willingness to dive into new challenges, learn on the job, and adapt skills to enhance business operations. Idea and Insight Contribution: Actively contribute ideas and insights that could benefit the businesses. Be a collaborative team player who is not only open to receiving feedback but also eager to provide constructive suggestions that drive innovation and efficiency. Event and Operational Support: Assist in the hands-on preparation and execution of events or business activities, including setting up physical spaces, conducting supply runs, and ensuring the business environment is conducive to success. Proposal and Invoice Management: Develop comprehensive proposals and invoices with attention to detail, ensuring all services are accurately described and priced. Follow up on proposals and manage the invoicing process to ensure timely payments and clear financial tracking. Adaptability to Work Environments: Comfortably transition between working in an office setting and an in-home studio environment, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to maintain productivity and professionalism in various workspaces.
