JOB SUMMARY • Promoting advocacy and political action committee programs among client members by telephone. • Meeting performance objectives and targets by converting calls into contributions You must be available to work at least 30 hours per week between 9am and 6pm. M-F. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE • Customer service or sales experience. • Excellent telephone and verbal communications skills. • Confident personality; enjoy talking with people. • Interest in current affairs and the political process.
