Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls, answer customers’ questions and schedule appointments; • Support inspectors, technicians, and customers in updating schedules and communication to get service issues resolved; • Create and update reports, send reports to customers, file and organize reports; • Communicate and follow up with customers to prepare for services; • Generate and send invoices to customers, follow up with customers to collect payments. Requirements/Qualifications: • Fluent in English and Spanish • Basic knowledge to use computers • High school diploma or GED • Have a reliable transportation to get to work on time • No criminal records • Pass a drug screen and background check
