RESPONSIBILITIES: -Receive inbound calls from customers, address customer service needs, enter and process orders. -Create, build, and strengthen company relationships with customers and vendors. -Assist with purchasing: product sourcing, price negotiation, inventory analysis, tracking timely delivery, and verifying accuracy of receiving paperwork to accounting. -Coordinate product development activities between sales, production and purchasing. -Coordinate quality control inspections between warehouse and product manager. -Facilitate the communication of information between various departments and purchasing on product development projects. -Learn the business operations and become a valued member of our team. -Maintain complete knowledge of new and existing products. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: -2+ years college preferred. -Professional phone and business etiquette. -Positive, welcoming, and friendly attitude. -Curiosity and a desire to learn, self-reliant, task oriented. -An ability to create, plan, organize, and effectively communicate and write. -Typing speed of 35 WPM or better and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
