Applicants must be detail oriented, organized and customer service driven. We will provide all initial training. Experience in medical, legal or auto insurance field optimal but not necessary for candidates with exceptional customer service skills. Spanish speaking is required!!! Tasks- Communicate professionally and positively with clients, adjusters and medical providers. Maintain ongoing contact with clients and medical providers, taking action as necessary. Coordinate, monitor, and change treatment as necessary. Coordinate referrals and follow-up as needed. What education or experience would you need? High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working in customer service of any type. Health care or auto insurance experience preferred.
