We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in our construction office in Brooksville. We are a family-owned & operated electrical contracting company working in the Spring Hill and surrounding counties for more than 10 years. We provide quality work and excellent customer service. We are looking for a new member to join our team who is a bright, energetic team player. We need a detail-oriented person with a strong work ethic who takes ownership of their work. Must have reliable transportation, be responsible, able to multi-task & work with others, have computer skills, strong communication skills, be customer service oriented & work in our local office. We are accepting applications for a full-time position. Job Skills & Requirements Include: • Answer/track incoming calls and make post calls. Experience with Service Fusion or Service Titan a big plus • Manage daily office tasks: file, email, scan & miscellaneous other office duties as needed • Schedule estimates & build jobs with scheduling experience using Service Fusion or Service Titan •Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4pm (may be negotiable) with minimum 1 year office experience • Computer skills (QuickBooks Online, Excel, Word, Google calendar). Take credit card payments. • Able to Multitask and assist office personnel and manager in other areas as needed. • Excellent Customer Service, be organized and detail oriented.
