Responsibilities: Greet visitors, accept deliveries, distribute mail, and organize catering Partner with IT and oversee copy machines Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies Process all regional invoice payments Prepare/book travel and complete expense reports for senior employees Plan and coordinate events for employees both on and offsite Assist with reports/forecasting and manage internal systems Qualifications: 3+ years of experience, preferably out of professional services or Real Estate Tech savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PP, Excel), comfortable converting PDFs to Word Innovative self-starter with superb multitasking skills
