Position available from 2 to 4 days per week. Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays are mandatory. Self-storage office and maintenance coverage at locations in Newcastle, SeaTac & Kent. Excellent training & support – friendly staff. Requirements: • Reliable vehicle, and current valid Washington driver's license, registration & insurance. • Office/retail & customer service experience. • Experience with hand and power tools, and grounds keeping. Primary Responsibilities: • Interact with customers with ultimate goal of renting storage space • Give customer property tours • Input and upkeep tenant information in storage software, applying payments, etc. • Clean and maintain property, grounds and storage spaces • Property lock management
