The Sr. HR Generalist will provide support and guidance to the organization's contractors, management, and clients on a variety of human resources topics, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role will require a strong understanding of HR best practices, US Employment Law, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
