Implements Go to Market plans and 5Ps strategies to achieve goals. ● Responsible for the Local sub-category of Profit and Loss Statement. ● Leads Commercial Meetings and supports the preparation of Budget Review, Mid-Year Review and business reviews for Corporate and Division. ● Implements Pricing strategies and monitors market implementation to take corrective actions. Recommends Price Increases. ● Develops/Delivers presentations of launches, promotions/ initiatives and business status to the Commercial team. Monitors launch activities execution and performance. ● Analyze Key Performance Indicators to identify local issues and business opportunities. Brings action plan proposals for discussion, alignment and approval in Commercial Business Planning (CBP) or Commercial meetings. ● Manages consumer promotion expenditure and supports the Regional Category Marketing team and Brand Accounting with analysis and monitoring. ● Monitors competitive activities and communicates them to the Regional and Commercial teams to define forward actions. ● Ensures the execution of local margin improvement and business simplification initiatives, including SKU monitoring and depletions. ● Develops local promotional grid together with Retail Marketing and SDMs. ● Performs other duties as assigned ● Complies with all policies and standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering ● At least 3+ years in Consumer Making on FMCG ● Computer Proficiency (High level of MS Office) ● 100% English proficiency Preferred Qualifications ● Master's Degree
