Ensure that stock is properly stored to prevent damage. Ensure that proper security measures are in place so that unauthorized persons do not have access to stock. Control all stock movement for specific branch ensuring that all is documented accurately and timeously. Check documentation and condition of new stock; stock in bond and stock leaving the premise. Dispatch of vehicles and completion of release notes. Accountable for all keys received with the vehicles. Physical stock-take to be done monthly and loaded onto the system. Doing 360 pictures
