A time when I had faced a challenge as a team, it was when a tenant where I'm working as a security guard, a tenant was angry with me because I was unable to open the other gate for him. So I politely explained to him that I am alone working night shift alone, so I can't operate both gates. So suddenly he turned and he was like smiling and he even asked my name. So we understood each other. So from that day on, I made sure that every time I see them going, I go and open the other gate, then I wait for them to go out and then I come back to the main gate.
