AUDIOMETRIST
Health promotion officer
I have to work in private practice at an audiology practice whereby my superior is an audiologist. So I do have prior experience working with medical professionals and health professionals, whereby a success story would be whatever your superior tells you, you do. Yeah, that is it.
I had a patient with mobility issues using a wheelchair coming into the practice, went out, opened the car door, took the patient and got myself next to the patient, had their arm over me. I put my hand at their side, lifted them up into the wheelchair, had the brakes on as well. As soon as the patient was in the chair, I released the brakes, pushed the patient up the ramp, anchored myself once again next to the patient, their arm over my neck and my hand over their waist to lift them up to be seated on the chair.
