Conduct routine workplace inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety standards. Quality control testing by conducting specific pick-up test which typically involve measuring the efficiency of meat separation from bones to maximizing yield and ensure product quality standards are met. Taking required samples of raw material, in-process or finished poultry product at various stages to perform defined quality checks (e.g. Weight, temperature, appearance, foreign material checks). Accurately recording all test results, measurements and inspection findings on designated quality control sheets or in the relevant system. Immediately reporting any product quality deviation, failures to meet specifications or process anomalies to the shift supervisor or Quality Assurance department for prompt corrective action. Ensuring all test equipment, tools and the immediate work area are cleaned and sanitized according to strict food safety protocols and verifying that testing tools are correctly calibrated. Ensuring all testing procedures and handling of materials strictly adhere to there to the company’s food safety and quality policies. Adhering to all workplace safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Persona Protective Equipment, especially in the areas where product contamination is a risk.
