Focus on loans primarily in the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate space, and a constellation of specialty lending areas within the commercial banking segment., The middle office control area bolsters the lending team by furnishing a variety of due-diligence and documentation review functions., Scrutinize draft loan documents and address myriad issues/concerns with attorneys, lenders and customers as needed., Certify the Bank's approval terms align with the final loan documentation delivered to the client., Remain apprised on all policies, procedures and training., Pinpoint and assess and/or elevate issues and exceptions with Management where apropos., Ensure funding complies with loan documentation and concurs with the Bank's mandatory policies and procedures.
