The skills that I believe in that are essential for excellent customer service, they say a customer is always right. You have to respect a customer. You have to understand that the customer is always right, even though you know this customer is not right. Address everything with respect. Don't undermine anyone. If a person needs some help and they want something and it's not on the shelf, you have to go and make sure that you help them look for that particular item and make sure that you address the customer in a respect. If we don't have that item, you can suggest another particular item that matches with the one that she or he wants. The skills worked for me on my past time experience because every time I have to approach a difficult customer, but I was able to help those customers, even though some customers will sometimes become rude. But because I made work and I am doing my work to help a customer, I will just address everything normally to avoid conflict and help that customer with everything they need. When I had to communicate with a person effectively to resolve an issue, the first thing I have to understand, what is the main issue and how to solve the issue without having to have a conflict with that particular person? The approach I took there was first to know the person I'm dealing with and understand what is the issue and how many options do we have in order to solve this issue. Secondly, to address everything with respect, understand each other, and gather more information about this issue so that we have the solution. The approach I took back then was to communicate in a way that we understand each other and understand both sides, my side and this particular person's side, and understand what caused the issue. If I have a solution, yes, I have to have a solution. That's why I have to be sure that I plan everything, I understand everything, and gather more information about the issue so that when I'm communicating with this person, I know what I'm talking about and know what I'm doing and know what are the outcomes of this issue, and we have to resolve the issues because we have to respect each other and the roles of the company and the image of the company.
Our goal was to project about a product that we were selling to the customers. First, we have to brainstorm and gather more knowledge about the product so that when we are doing advertisement or marketing, one have to ask someone else how to be able to tell the customer what this product is about, and why it is good for their skin, and what are the disadvantages of the product and advantages, and why do we say this product will be good for pimples, dark spots, and stuff. And we were able to organize or have so many ideas how to approach customers, how to make them understand that this product is good for them. And everyone in the team, I was able to gather information, knowledge, and help my team understand. And my role there was to make them understand, help them with everything that they need because I did business management. So I know about sales. And the common goal was to be able to complete the project in time and be able to make our supporters understand and see our point of view. And the outcome was good because we were able to sell as much as we can while we're doing the project. And we used our ideas at the same time as we're doing the project, and we managed to gather so many customers. And my team was supportive. We supported each others. You come with your ideas and you sit down. After we sit down, we point out our ideas.
