So, the customer had a problem with the network issue because he bought a phone at the store because the job was doing I was a sales agent. So, when the customer came to me, he said his phone had network issues. It don't show network. And I asked him, what network are you using? And he said, he uses Vodafone. And then I asked him, does the phone use Vodafone or someone? He said, yes. And I asked him, what network do you use? He was like, MCN. When he bought the phone, he told them that he wanted an MCN phone and they said, this phone take both Vodafone and MCN, but one someone he had Vodafone. So I tell him, why don't you buy a new MCN phone, a new MCN SIM card, so that we can put the MCN SIM card on someone and then we can be able to put the MCN SIM card on someone and then the Vodafone SIM card on someone. And he was like, okay, we can be able to try that. Okay, then we tried it and then it was successful and network was restored. And then he tried to give me a tip and I told him that, no, like we don't take tips. We don't take money from the customers, it is not allowed. So you're welcome. We're just straight because we were able to help you in every kind of way and then everything was good.
So I was checking the customer microphone, when the customer had a problem with the phone, so he came back to the store asking for a refund. So then I said to the customer, like, there are sort of things we can fix because it is called by customers, and then customers were so few, so I found that it didn't even one of the system was what I was saying. And then I had to calm the customer down and then finally it was calm and then she was happy.
Um, you have to have problems solving skills and good communication. Make sure that you get along with every customer just in case if you have a problem with a customer, you know you have good communication with the customer so that you'll be able to be easy for us, you'll be able to carry along with the customer and then you might be able to handle whatever situation that you are in. Whatever.
