Key Responsibilities Translate spoken and written communication between Chinese and English during meetings, conferences, and calls. Prepare and translate documents, emails, and other written materials ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness. Provide real-time interpretation to facilitate effective communication among stakeholders. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the integrity of the message conveyed. Remain up-to-date with industry-specific terminology to provide the most relevant translations. Exercise strong problem-solving skills to handle any inconsistencies or challenges that arise during the interpretation process. Assist in cultural awareness education to improve overall communication and understanding between diverse groups. Required and Preferred Qualifications Fluency in Chinese and English is essential. Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics or Translation is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical for success in this role. Proficiency in technology tools required for remote interpretation, such as a 1080p full HD webcam, USB headset with noise cancellation, and a solid white backdrop. Technical proficiency with a laptop/PC: Core i5 (10th gen+) or Core i7, at least 8 GB RAM, and Windows 10. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no extensive work experience is required. You will report directly to the Language Services Manager and work closely with our multicultural marketing teams, ensuring that cultural nuances are respected in all translations.
