Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant – Personal InjuryFull-Time | 100% Remote | LATAM About the RoleA growing U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys and case managers throughout the pre-suit process.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with U.S. Personal Injury cases, strong organizational skills, and excellent English communication.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys and case managers with pre-litigation Personal Injury cases.Request, collect, and organize medical records, bills, and case documentation.Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.Monitor case progress, deadlines, and outstanding documentation.Assist with demand packages and settlement-related documentation.Maintain accurate case files using CRM or legal case management software.Provide administrative support and follow up on pending tasks.Required QualificationsPrevious experience working with a U.S. Personal Injury law firm.Hands-on Pre-Suit / Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience (mandatory).Experience handling medical records, insurance correspondence, and case documentation.Familiarity with demand preparation and settlement processes.Experience using any CRM or legal case management system.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Must be located in Latin America or the Philippines.What We Offer100% remote, full-time opportunity.Professional growth in the U.S. legal industry.Direct collaboration with U.S. attorneys and legal teams.Long-term career opportunityHow to ApplyTo apply, please submit your application in CazVid.We look forward to hearing from you!
