About the role Husted Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Denver, Colorado team and handle an active civil litigation caseload. Tasks Defend first-party and third-party insurance claims Handle personal injury, construction disputes, premises liability, coverage disputes & bad faith matters Independently take and defend depositions Draft dispositive motions, pleadings, coverage opinions & legal memoranda Attend court hearings, status conferences & conduct EUOs Requirements 3+ Years J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Active Colorado Bar license and good standing 3+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm setting Must currently reside in the Denver area Preferred: Experience in insurance defense, personal injury, or coverage litigation.
