Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing first aid if necessary and reporting to the appropriate authorities. Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and maintain accurate records of occurrences. Collaborate with law enforcement when required and participate in any necessary investigations. Engage with staff and visitors to provide assistance and ensure their comfort and safety. Required and preferred qualifications Basic security knowledge and experience in a similar role are preferred. Industry-standard certifications like a security license may be an advantage. Proficient in using surveillance systems and other security-related tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. No formal education requirements; however, relevant experience is favorable.
