This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of the residents and the premises. Key Responsibilities Monitor and patrol the residential compound to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the safety of residents. Act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing assistance and guidance as needed. Manage access control for all individuals entering and exiting the premises, ensuring compliance with security policies. Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities when necessary. Prepare detailed reports on any incidents or observations made during patrols, documenting relevant information for future reference. Conduct regular inspections of the property, including common areas and facilities, to ensure they are secure and well-maintained. Collaborate with the residential management team to implement safety protocols and improve security measures. Required and Preferred Qualifications Literacy is required for effective communication and report writing. Strong communication skills to engage with residents and visitors professionally. Prior experience in a security role is preferred. Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures. Certification in basic first aid and CPR is an advantage. Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
