Key Responsibilities Translate documents and communication accurately between English and Spanish. Prepare and format documents as per company standards, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Type and edit materials promptly, maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for document preparation. Assist in maintaining an organized digital and physical filing system for all translated materials. Provide clear communication support to team members and stakeholders in bilingual settings. Ensure timely delivery of all assignments, tracking progress and adhering to deadlines. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics or a related field. Fluent in both English and Spanish with exceptional typing and communication skills. Experience in document preparation and attention to detail is essential. Proficiency in relevant software and tools including word processors and translation software. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role preferred.
