Key Responsibilities Perform high-speed typing of various documents with precision and accuracy. Translate documents between English and Spanish while maintaining contextual integrity. Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, grammar, and overall quality. Prepare and format documents according to client specifications and guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and requests related to documentation. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a well-organized filing system for all documents and ensure proper document retention. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Proven skills in typing, attention to detail, and editing. Experience in customer service and document preparation. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Familiarity with industry-standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
