RN – Medical/Surgical (Peds)Location: Boston, MA | West Dayton, OHStarting Rate: $50/hrSpecialty: Pediatric Medical/SurgicalPosition Summary:Provide safe, competent, and compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients with a variety of acute and chronic medical and surgical conditions.Key Responsibilities:• Assess, monitor, and evaluate pediatric patients throughout their care• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols• Monitor patient status and recognize changes in condition• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge care• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the EMR• Support patient safety, comfort, and family-centered care• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care teamRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program• Active, unencumbered RN license• Minimum 1 year and up of RN work experience• Current BLS certification• Pediatric or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred• Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and communication skills• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment• Must meet facility requirements for background screening, health screening, and onboarding documentation• Additional vaccination or testing requirements may apply based on facility policyPer Diem / Bundle opportunities available.To Apply:To apply, please submit your application in CazVid.
