Provide exceptional customer service in English and Spanish. Assist new clients through the onboarding process from start to finish. Follow up on documents and ensure all required paperwork is completed. Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems. Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer qualified clients to our licensed insurance agents. Build positive, long-term relationships with our clients.What We’re Looking ForFluent English and Spanish (spoken and written). .Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, call center, or administrative support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up abilities.
