RN – Medical/Surgical (Peds)Location: Boston, MA | West Dayton, OHStarting Rate: $50/hrSpecialty: Pediatric Medical/SurgicalPosition Summary:Provide safe, competent, and compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients with a variety of acute and chronic medical and surgical conditions.Key Responsibilities:* Assess, monitor, and evaluate pediatric patients throughout their care* Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols* Monitor patient status and recognize changes in condition* Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge care* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals* Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the EMR* Support patient safety, comfort, and family-centered care* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care teamRequirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program* Active, unencumbered RN license* Minimum 1 year and up of RN work experience* Current BLS certification* Pediatric or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred* Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and communication skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment* Must meet facility requirements for background screening, health screening, and onboarding documentation* Additional vaccination or testing requirements may apply based on facility policyPer Diem / Bundle opportunities available.To Apply:To apply, please submit your application in CazVid.
