RN – PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit)Location: Boston, MA | West Dayton, OHStarting Rate: $50/hrSpecialty: Pediatric Intensive CarePosition Summary:Provide safe, competent, and compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients requiring specialized monitoring and care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.Key Responsibilities:* Assess and continuously monitor pediatric patients* Monitor vital signs, respiratory status, and overall patient condition* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols* Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate appropriately* Assist with advanced patient care and critical care interventions* Provide support and education to patients and families* Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation* Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals* Participate in emergency and rapid response situations as required* Promote a safe, positive, and patient-centered environmentRequirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program* Active, unencumbered RN license* Minimum 1 year and up of RN work experience* Current BLS certification* PALS certification required or strongly preferred* Pediatric, PICU, or critical care experience preferred* Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and communication skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment* Must meet facility requirements for background screening, health screening, and onboarding documentation* Additional vaccination or testing requirements may apply based on facility policyPer Diem / Bundle opportunities available.To Apply:Para aplicar, por favor envía tu solicitud a través de CazVid.
