You will keep sales, design, production, vendors, and clients aligned on scope, deadlines, and technical details.Responsibilities- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation.- Translate client requirements into clear actions for design and production.- Coordinate vendors and internal teams through delivery.- Keep clients informed and resolve project questions proactively.- Maintain accurate progress reporting and organized project records.Qualifications- Three to five years of relevant project-management experience, with signage experience or a qualifying architecture/engineering background.- Strong client-facing English and the ability to explain technical details.- End-to-end coordination experience across multiple teams.- Strong organization and accountability in a fast-paced environment.Nice to have- Architecture or engineering background.- Corebridge, Monday.com, HubSpot, or comparable project tools.- Signage production and international-team experience.To apply, please submit your application in CazVid.
