We're Hiring: Operations Lead – Real Estate & RWA PlatformWe are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to help build and scale the operational activities of an innovative digital platform operating at the intersection of real estate, blockchain, digital assets, and financial technology.The platform focuses on Real-World Assets (RWA) and fractional real-estate participation, creating easier and more accessible ways for investors to discover and participate in real-estate opportunities.The Operations Lead will focus on building and managing the operational processes needed to support the platform, its investors, real-estate partners, and ongoing property activities. This role is well suited to an operations professional who combines strong organizational and execution skills with a solid understanding of blockchain, Web3, digital assets, and emerging financial markets.
