We are seeking an Experienced Locksmith to join our team on a contract basis in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves working in a service-oriented environment where attention to detail and customer service skills are paramount. As a Locksmith, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ properties through skilled lock installation and repair, as well as key cutting and duplication.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain various types of locks and locking systems.Cut and duplicate keys for residential and commercial clients.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.Maintain accurate records of services performed and keys cut.Diagnose lock and security system issues and recommend solutions.Interact effectively with customers, providing advice and recommendations regarding lock security.Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.Required and Preferred QualificationsValid drivers license.Tools for the trade or the means to purchase the tools needed.Reliable vehicle.Open availability including weekends.Pass a background check.Proven experience in lock installation and repair.Strong key cutting and duplication skills.Excellent customer service abilities.Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.Relevant industry-standard certifications will be considered an asset.This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
