We are seeking an AI Training Account Manager to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting clients across the United States by managing account relationships and ensuring successful project execution. The AI Training Account Manager will work directly with clients to facilitate their needs and ensure the effective training of AI applications, making a significant impact on their success. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact. Coordinate training sessions for AI applications tailored to client requirements. Document and streamline communication processes to enhance client interactions. Track project progress and report outcomes to stakeholders. Identify client needs and propose effective solutions to enhance their operational capabilities. Collaborate with the technical team to adjust training materials based on feedback. Analyze client satisfaction and retention metrics to drive continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in account management. Technical background preferred. No formal education required. The AI Training Account Manager will work closely with clients and have a collaborative role with the technical team. This position supports effective client communication through regular updates and strategic discussions, ensuring seamless teamwork on all projects. You will report directly to the senior management team, facilitating a straightforward communication channel to address client needs promptly.
