This HR Manager position is located in Miami, Florida, and is a full-time role. The individual in this position will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment and managing essential human resources functions. The HR Manager will have a direct impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations within the organization.We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to lead our Human Resources team and oversee all HR functions across the company. The successful candidate will take ownership of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation reviews, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, learning and development, and workplace compliance.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Human Resources management or a senior HR position, together with a strong understanding of employment practices, workplace policies, privacy requirements, and applicable health and safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Human Resources team and provide guidance to junior HR personnel.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified employees.Manage and maintain a smooth and professional employee onboarding process.Provide training, coaching, counseling, and professional development support to employees.Build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.Resolve workplace conflicts through fair, professional, and constructive mediation.Conduct employee performance reviews and assist with compensation and wage reviews.Develop, update, and communicate clear HR policies and procedures.Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies and workplace standards.Manage workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures, and employee termination processes in accordance with applicable requirements.Maintain strict employee confidentiality and workplace privacy.Monitor and report on workplace health and safety compliance.Prepare clear, accurate, and concise HR reports and documentation.Deliver professional and engaging presentations, training sessions, and staff briefings.Perform and oversee essential HR administrative duties.Support learning and development initiatives across the organization.Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.Ensure HR practices remain aligned with applicable employment and workplace regulations.HR Manager RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.Proven experience in Human Resources or a related field, preferably in a management or senior HR position.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and management.Demonstrated experience in employee training, coaching, and development.Experience handling conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and workplace investigations.Strong understanding of employee confidentiality and workplace privacy requirements.Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.Confident presentation and public-speaking abilities.Knowledge of applicable workplace health and safety requirements.Strong computer literacy and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to work independently while effectively leading and supporting an HR team.High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.OTHER VACANCIES AVAILABLEWe also welcome applications from qualified and experienced candidates across a wide range of departments.
