We are seeking a detail-oriented UAT Manager to join our team in Mineola, New York. This full-time role is vital for ensuring that user acceptance testing (UAT) is effectively executed, particularly within ERP financial systems. The UAT Manager will be instrumental in enhancing product quality and functionality, directly impacting the overall success of our technology initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire UAT process, including planning, execution, and reporting of test results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test cases and scenarios based on user requirements.Facilitate defect management using Jira to track, resolve, and document issues.Coordinate testing efforts and ensure user feedback is incorporated into system refinements.Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test scripts, and test data for auditing purposes.Provide support and guidance to team members throughout the testing process.Develop metrics to measure UAT effectiveness and strive for continuous improvement.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Strong knowledge of ERP financial systems.Experience with defect management tools, specifically Jira.5+ years of experience in UAT and related testing environments.The UAT Manager will work alongside quality assurance, development, and project management teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration to ensure project success.
