Interviews will include a live English conversation and a practical operations exercise.ABOUT PRAXIS ROBOTICSWe partner with factories and other businesses to collect first-person video that helps physical AI systems understand real-world work. We are looking for a resourceful, hands-on operator who can launch pilots, solve problems, and grow reliable data collection across partner sites.You will report to a US-based Strategic Project Lead / Program Manager, who reports to our Global Head of Operations. This is a broad, evolving role with room to take on more ownership as we grow.WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKEOne day you may be sourcing hardware locally to solve an equipment problem. Another, you may be working with a telecom or internet provider to restore uploads. The next, you could be on the factory floor training supervisors and running a pilot or experiment.You may spend the morning investigating a drop in throughput and the afternoon meeting a factory owner to agree on a recovery plan. You need to set expectations, push workers and supervisors to follow through, and have uncomfortable conversations with confidence and respect. Be comfortable making difficult decisions, working through ambiguity, and finding practical solutions while protecting safety and data integrity.WHAT YOU WILL DO• Launch and support partner sites, from initial pilots through daily operations and expansion.• Build relationships with owners, managers and supervisors; establish regular check-ins and remove bottlenecks to hit agreed throughput and quality goals.• Use spreadsheets, dashboards and on-site observation to understand performance, report clearly and prioritize action.• Resolve hardware, phone, app-account, charging, connectivity, upload, inventory and supplier issues.• Train teams, test improvements, document what works and replicate processes across sites.• Work closely with your US-based manager, escalate problems early and coordinate local execution.• Protect worker safety, privacy and data integrity; pause affected activities and escalate concerns when needed.WHAT WE LOOK FOR• Initiative, persistence, sound judgment and personal ownership. You keep moving when the task is new or poorly defined.• Practical leadership: holding people accountable, handling conflict and influencing partners without relying on formal authority.• Evidence that you have improved an operation. Experience in field operations, manufacturing, logistics, deployments, site launches or technical service can be relevant; you do not need a particular pedigree or experience in every category.• Fluent professional English and fluent Spanish. English is a working requirement, not a nice-to-have.• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and practical data analysis. Automation of reports and workflows is a plus; SQL is not required.• Comfort troubleshooting phones and apps and teaching others.• A university degree is preferred; equivalent practical experience is welcome.LOCATION AND TRAVELBuenos Aires, Argentina. You must be willing to travel within the country, including overnight stays, as partnerships and site needs evolve. During launches, expect roughly 50%–70% of your time on site or traveling. Schedules will be coordinated with factory shifts.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEWeek 1: understand the company and the end-to-end flow of partnerships, pilot setup, recording, data ingestion and site management.Weeks 2–3: help launch your first pilot or pilots, build relationships with partner points of contact, establish regular meetings with your manager and site owners, and solve early bottlenecks.Day 30: understand how everything connects, replicate processes, expand to more sites and oversee operations with growing independence.Days 60–90: run projects smoothly, hit site throughput goals with your manager, teach other site leads and build reliable local supplier relationships. Milestones depend on partner readiness.COMPENSATIONBase pay depends on experience, scope and location and will be discussed during the hiring process.Target bonus: 25% of base pay for the measurement period, with a maximum of 40% under a written performance plan. Targets, eligibility and payout timing will be set in advance. Performance includes accepted data, reliability and launches, subject to safety and data-integrity requirements.
