Oversee the inventory management process to maintain optimal stock levels. Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate seamless communication. Track shipments from departure to arrival, resolving any issues or delays that may arise. Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to meet client requirements and expectations. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in the logistics department. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma is required; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. Proven experience in logistics or supply chain coordination. Strong understanding of logistics software and tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
