As a vital part of our team, the Accounting Advisory Consultant will play an essential role in delivering accurate financial reporting and insights.***CPA is necessary and Big 4 audit background candidates only apply***Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement accounting policies and procedures that align with U.S. GAAP.Provide expert financial reporting analysis to support client decision-making.Conduct comprehensive audits and reviews of financial statements.Assist clients in identifying areas for process improvements in their accounting practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end accounting solutions.Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards impacting financial reporting.Deliver training and support to clients on best practices in accounting and finance.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.Proven expertise in financial reporting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.3-5 years of relevant experience in an accounting or advisory role.The technical environment involves using common accounting software and financial tools.
