Key Responsibilities Develop personalized resumes and cover letters tailored to clients’ needs and career aspirations. Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client backgrounds, skills, and job targets. Provide career coaching including interview preparation and job search strategies. Research industry trends and job market dynamics to offer informed advice to clients. Collaborate with team members to improve service offerings and share best practices. Track client success stories and update databases to measure consulting effectiveness. Assist in workshop presentations focusing on resume writing and personal branding. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Human Resources, Business). Proven experience in resume writing and career consulting. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job search platforms. Relevant certifications in career coaching or resume writing are highly preferred. Experience working with diverse clients across various industries.
