We are seeking a dedicated Handyman/Property Manager to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of properties, ensuring they are safe, functional, and well-cared for. As a key player in our operations, you will have a direct impact on the quality of living and satisfaction of our tenants.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.Manage property operations, including tenant communications and addressing repair requests.Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.Assist in property renovations and upgrades as necessary.Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address their concerns in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work.Collaborate with vendors and contractors for larger repair and renovation projects.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Proven handyman skills, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.Knowledge of property management practices.Strong customer service skills.Previous experience in property management or similar role preferred.This position is essential to maintaining high standards of property management and tenant satisfaction.
