With a focus on lock installation and repair, this position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on client safety and satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial locking systems.Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client needs and concerns.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to security systems and locking mechanisms.Remain up-to-date on the latest lock technologies and security practices.Manage project timelines to ensure timely completion of installation and repair tasks.Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used.Required and Preferred QualificationsA valid drivers license.Tools for the trade or the means to purchase the tools needed.Open availability including weekends.A reliable vehicle. Proven experience in lock installation and repair.Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.Knowledge of security systems and attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Relevant industry-standard certifications are a plus.This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
