We are seeking a skilled Guidewire QA Analyst for a contract position located in Madison, Wisconsin. As a Guidewire QA Analyst, you will have a significant impact on the overall project success and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough testing of Guidewire software to identify any defects or issues.Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.Utilize automation tools to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate software delivery.Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports on findings.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and address potential challenges.Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on testing outcomes.Required and Preferred QualificationsRelevant certifications, such as ISTQB.Experience in Playwright is must and shouldExperience with Guidewire software.Strong analytical skills to assess system functionalities.Familiarity with automation tools to enhance testing capabilities.Prior experience in quality assurance, specifically in software testing.This position allows for collaboration within a dedicated team structure focused on quality assurance. You will work closely with software developers, project managers, and other QA professionals. Reporting relationships will be established within the QA department and across project teams to facilitate effective communication and project alignment.Cross-functional collaboration is essential, as you will be interfacing with various departments involved in the software development lifecycle, ensuring that quality standards are upheld throughout the process.
