We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Accra, Greater Accra, GH. This full-time position will involve providing excellent customer service to our clients. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing solutions and following up as needed.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.Provide information about products and services, guiding customers to make informed decisions.Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes.Participate in team meetings and assist in the development of support materials.Identify trends in customer feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication skills.Strong customer service orientation.Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred.The Customer Support Representative will work closely with fellow team members to address customer needs, providing essential feedback to management. You will report directly to the Customer Support Team Leader, ensuring that all responses are aligned with company policies and standards.Collaboration with cross-functional teams may occur to enhance customer experience and support initiatives.
