Conducting in-depth consultations with clients to understand their career goals and challenges. Offering tailored career advice, including job search strategies and interview preparation techniques. Editing and proofreading resumes to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry standards. Staying updated on industry trends and job market changes to provide relevant insights to clients. Collaborating with other consultants and team members to collectively enhance service offerings. Measuring client satisfaction and success rates through feedback and follow-up communications. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience in resume writing and career consulting. Strong understanding of various industries and job market trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Certification in resume writing or career coaching is preferred.
