We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Translator & Formatter to join our team on a part-time basis in Tegucigalpa, Francisco Morazán Department, Honduras. This role is pivotal in ensuring that translated documents are not only articulate and accurate but also professionally formatted to meet our clients' standards. As a key player in our translation team, you will directly impact the quality of our services, enhancing client satisfaction and engagement. Key Responsibilities Translate documents from the source language to the target language, ensuring precision and cultural relevance. Edit and proofread translated texts to maintain clarity and accuracy, adhering to project guidelines. Format documents in accordance with predetermined styles, ensuring consistency and professionalism. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project specifications and timelines. Review and incorporate feedback from clients and senior translators to continually improve translation quality. Maintain organized records of completed tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently. Attend team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and collaborate on best practices for translation and formatting. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Translation or Linguistics. Proven fluency in both the source and target languages. Strong communication, editing, and formatting skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Experience with translation software and tools will be an advantage.
