10+ years of Professional Staffing Sales experience. Proven success selling IT, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, or Professional Staffing solutions. Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated record of winning new enterprise accounts. Experience with Direct Hire, Contingent Staffing, MSP, and VMS solutions preferred. Established network within the U.S. staffing and talent acquisition ecosystem. Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles. Bachelor's degree required. Must currently reside in the United States. Candidates whose primary experience is in Healthcare Staffing or Light Industrial Staffing will not be considered for this position.
