We are looking for a Plant Operator – Electrical to join our Power Plant team in Pecos, Texas (US).What will you be doingAs a Plant Operator - Electrical, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, andefficient operation of electrical systems within a continuous production or power plantenvironment. You will work closely with Control Room Operators and maintenance teams tomonitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing plant operations.As a Plant Operator - Electrical, you will focus on these responsibilities:•    Inspect electrical systems of engines and auxiliary equipment to detect faults and implement corrective or preventive actions•    Identify and report abnormalities to Control Room Operators in a timely manner•    Participate in troubleshooting activities and corrective maintenance during shifts•    Perform routine and corrective maintenance tasks as assigned•    Maintain accurate operational logs for main and auxiliary equipment•    Identify and respond appropriately to alarms, including temperature and pressure deviations•    Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations•    Promote a safe, clean, and well-organized plant environmentTo be successful in this role, we expect you to have:•    1+ year of experience working with electrical systems in an industrial or power plant environment•    Knowledge of electrical control systems in a continuous production or power plant setting•    Strong ability to monitor and interpret operational data•    Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities•    Effective communication skills for reporting and coordination•    Ability to follow established procedures and safety standards•    High school diploma - Technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) preferred•    Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekendsWhy you and usYou will be a part of a global organization with local presence and work in an exciting and dynamic working environment with highly motivated and skilled co-workers.
