We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant Toddler Teacher to join our team in Rancho Murieta, California. This position starts at 32 hours a week but will become a  full-time position upon increased enrollment. It  is ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education and eager to create a positive learning environment for young children. As an Infant Toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and early learning of our youngest students, providing them with the foundation they need for their future education.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate a child-centered learning environment that fosters growth and development.Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula and activities for infants and toddlers.Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care through proper supervision.Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding child progress and development.Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.Observe and assess children’s development regularly to meet their individual needs and adjust learning plans accordingly.Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive learning environment.Required and Preferred QualificationsMinimum of 12 core ECE units and 3 infant unitsMinimum of 6 months experience in infant classroom CPR and First Aid certification, including pediatric and infant certification.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.Ability to create engaging, child-centered learning experiences.The ideal candidate will also be familiar with common tools utilized in early childhood education settings. You will work closely with fellow educators and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in your care.
