Key Responsibilities Screen and evaluate candidate applications to identify top talent. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels. Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date. Assist in creating and refining recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. 2+ years of experience in a recruitment or human resources role is a plus.
